Common Help Topics

1) Trouble Signing In

Try these steps:

Confirm you are using the correct email address.

Use the “Forgot Password” option on the sign-in screen.

Check spam/junk folders for password reset messages.

If you still cannot access your account, email [email protected] with the subject line: Access Help.


2) Not Seeing Your Course or Membership Access

If you completed checkout and do not see access:

-Sign out and sign back in.

-Confirm you are logged into the correct email account.

-Allow a short period for access to sync after checkout.

-Email support with your account email and the approximate time of your checkout.


3) App Issues (Crashes, Blank Screens, Features Not Working)

If the mobile app is not working correctly:

-Update the app to the latest version.

-Restart your phone.

-Confirm your phone operating system is up to date.

-Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data.

If the issue continues, email support and include:

-Device model (example: iPhone 13, Pixel 7)

-Operating system version

-App version (if available)

-Screenshots or screen recording (if possible)


4) Updating Account Information

To update your name, email, or other profile details:

-Use your account settings in the website or app (if available), or

For security, we may request verification before making certain changes.


Recurring Plans (Monthly / Annual)

5) Canceling a Recurring Plan

You can stop future recurring charges by canceling through:

-Your account settings (if available), or

Emailing [email protected] with the subject line: Cancel Recurring Plan

Important: Cancellation stops future renewals. Access generally continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or stated during checkout.


6) Switching Between Monthly and Annual

To change your recurring plan interval, contact support at [email protected] with:

-Your account email

-The interval you want to move to (monthly or annual)

-We’ll respond with the steps that apply to your account configuration.


7) Billing Questions

For billing questions, email [email protected] with:

Your account email

The date/time of the charge in question

A brief description of what you need help with


Purchases, Refunds, and Disputes

8) Refund Requests

Refund eligibility, if any, is described at checkout or within the product description available at the time of purchase. If you believe an error occurred, contact us and we will review your request.
